Sigil Jacket

The Sigil Jacket is a one-of-one reconstruction built around contrast: the hard geometry of silver studs against the irregular character of hand-worked embroidery.

Each stud has been placed to trace the architecture of the original jacket, following the collar, chest seams, fastening and cuffs to turn the familiar denim silhouette into something sharper and more deliberate.

Worked directly into the denim by hand, pale thread forms a large abstract sigil across the back. Its imperfect lines are intentionally visible, carrying the tiny variations that distinguish the movement of a human hand from the precision of a machine.

Smaller embroidered marks appear at the front, echoing the larger design without revealing it.

There is no printed graphic.
No machine embroidery.
No attempt at perfect symmetry.

Fabric: Just thread, metal and black denim.
